Biography:
Philippe is currently Executive Director at Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank, in the Restructuring & Workout division in charge of aviation loans.
He has 15+ years of experience in Structured Asset Finance: Structuring, Origination, Advisory, Restructuring, with a strong focus on transportation assets and highly structured deals.
Philippe graduated from ESSEC (E 2003), holds a master degree in French business law from Université Paris II, a bachelor in Mandarin and a bachelor in Vietnamese from Institut National des Langues et Civilisations Orientales.
Biography:
Frédéric has graduated from ESSEC (“programme Grande Ecole”) in 1994, with a focus on Finance and Accounting.
He has a 27 years-experience now in the banking industry (see details hereafter).
After his military service, he joined INDOSUEZ Bank in 1995, which was bought by Crédit Agricole in 1997, in a capital market position (Fixed Income sales).
From 1995 to 2005, he held several front office position in the Corporate Investment Bank of Credit Agricole (INDOSUEZ Bank => CREDIT AGRICOLE INDOSUEZ => CALYON => CACIB), mainly on capital markets.
Then he joined the CA group Head Office, CREDIT AGRICOLE SA, from 2005 to 2009, in charge of CA regional banks’ (39 “Caisses Régionales du Crédit Agricole”) commercial support.
After that, he joined LCL (former “CREDIT LYONNAIS”) in 2009, part of CREDIT AGRICOLE Group since 2004, first as Corporate Regional Director (for South Eastern France) between 2009 and 2012, and second as Head of Trade & Export Finance Department between 2013 and 2022.
Finally, he just joined the Group Compliance Department at the Head Office of CA Group in September, 2022.
